We use Platinum 950, 18ct Yellow, White and Rose gold for the most of our stock. We do use Palladium for some of our wedding bands as well.

Yes, all items come with a valuation certificate for insurance purposes.
All of our diamonds are certified by either Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or International Gemological Institute (IGI)
We are currently not selling lab grown diamonds online. But, if you come into store we have a full section of lab grown diamonds available to quote.
Yes! We often make bespoke jewellery for our customers. Why don’t you contact us for a chat? Or even pop in for a coffee.
No. However we recommend all our customers to T.H.MARCH insurance brokers.
We aim to make all of our customers happy, so if your item has been damaged we will aim to put this right however there might be a small charge. If your item is faulty within the first 2 years then we will repair this free of charge.
Please note decisions made on damaged items or items with a manufacturing fault will be made at our (classic diamonds) discretion.
Yes we are, we have been in the jewellery trade for over 50 years.
Don’t worry, we offer an exchange service, so when your partner agrees to marry you but then says she would prefer a different ring, just pop back into us and she can pick what ever she likes. This applies to all our products. Give us a call if you're unsure.
