Delivery Policy

We at Classic Diamonds offer all of our UK based customers FREE delivery on all of our jewellery. All of our products are shipped via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery, your item will be fully insured by us until delivery has been and accepted and signed for. Items will be with you by 1pm the next day and will require a signature. A member of the Classic diamonds team will call you the day your product is being sent out, to insure this day is suitable for you. If you are not present to receive your parcel it will be left at your local sorting depot and a calling card will be left for you.

Delivery times will vary depending on the item you purchase. Stock items will be shipped within 24 hours, but bespoke items can be up to 6 weeks. Classic Diamonds will contact you when receiving your order to confirm the delivery time, alternatively you can contact us beforehand to obtain a delivery time for a specific item.

Returns Policy

Right to Cancel
Under the Untied Kingdom’s ‘Distance Selling Regulations’ you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from date of receipt, as long as the items are in their original condition, unused and unworn and still has the Classic Diamonds security tag attached to the product.
If you wish to return any item please contact us in advance of posting for a Returns Authorisation Number, to be included with your return. Please note : we are unable to accept returns without this number. Please click here for Returns form

We at Classic Diamonds offer a 14 day return policy for all fully priced items, so long as they are in their original condition, unused and unworn and still has the Classic Diamonds security tag attached to the product.
Items can be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note.
You are liable for the cost of return postage and we would advise sending as Special Delivery for insurance purposes, or you can return the item by hand to the store.

We are happy to exchange for another item featured in our on line shop, or, you can exchange in store for any item. Where the price is higher we will invoice you for the difference, where lower we will refund the difference.  Please note; we will only refund for online purchases or exchanges.  If exchanged in store a credit note will be issued.

We will refund any items purchased at full retail price, provided a Returns Authorisation Number is obtained within 14 days of receipt.  The items must be returned in their original condition, unused and unworn and still has the Classic Diamonds security tag attached to the product. All refunds exclude postage costs. We can only refund back to the card on which the goods were purchased.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace with the same item at no additional charge.  Please contact us ASAP or within 30 days of receipt if your item has arrived damaged and we will supply you with a Returns Authorisation Number. 

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. But this right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (this could be the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to you - whichever is later)

Refund/exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product. 

Bespoke / Personalised Items
Please note: We are unable to refund or exchange any bespoke item or an item that has been personalised in any way at your request.
