Orders


All of our products are sent out special delivery and are guaranteed to be with you before 1pm the next day. Please check our delivery policy for further infomation.

Returns


We understand that sometimes you might have to return a product, you will need to call us on 0121 554 7788 or email us on sales@classicdiamonds.co.uk to obtain your returns Authorisation Number. Please check our returns policy.

You have 14 days. Please check our Delivery & Returns policy.

Sales


We use Platinum 950, 18ct Yellow,White and Rose gold for the most of our stock. We do use Palladium for some of our wedding bands as well.

Diamonds


Yes all our diamonds are conflict free.

Yes, all items come with a valuation certificate for insurance purposes.

All of our diamonds are certified by either Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or International Gemological Institute (IGI)

General


Yes! we often make bespoke jewellery for our customers. Why don’t you contact us for a chat? or even pop in for a coffee.

No. However we recommed all our customers to T.H.MARCH insurance brokers.

We aim to make all of our customers happy, so if your item has been damaged we will aim to put this right however there might be a small charge. If your item is faulty within the first 2 years then we will repair this free of charge.

Please note decisions made on damaged items or items with a manufacturing fault will be made at our (classic diamonds) discretion.

Yes we are, we have been in the jewellery trade for over 50 years.

The Shop


Don’t worry, we offer a exchange service, so when your partner agrees to marry you but then says she would prefer a different ring, just pop back into us and she can pick what ever she likes. This applies to all our products. Give us a call if your unsure.

Yes, we have more stock in our shop.

Yes usually, but please call before travelling in.

Opposite our shop we have a multi-storey car park, also we have pay and display parking available on Vyse Street.
